COOKING METHOD / CARA MEMASAK:

1) Apply Emperor Chicken Mix onto skin and the inside of chicken. Stuff herbs into chicken.

Chicken Mix ke kulit dan bahagian dalam ayam. Masukkan herba ke dalam ayam.

2) Wrap chicken into plastic wrapper, followed by the aluminium foil sheet.

Balut ayam dengan pembungkus plastik, diikuti dengan kertas aluminium.

3) Steam for 2 hours over a low flame.

Kukus selama 2 jam dengan api yang sederhana.
