1. DELIVERY PERIOD
a. For Domestic Delivery, Coconut Water (COWA) Sdn Bhd Online Store delivers the order via POSLAJU. The order cut off time is 2pm on weekdays. Order placed before 2pm will be delivered within the next three (3) business day whereas order placed after 2pm will be delivered within the next five (5) business day after the order placement.
b. For Overseas Delivery, the orders will be delivered either via FedEx or Pos Malaysia which takes about 3 to 14 business days depending on the destination and custom clearance procedures.
c. Order will be shipped out within 2 (Two) days upon receipt of payment. There might be exceptional circumstances where the order will be delayed including but not limited to situation whereby will be there may be lack of stock which may lead some time for the item replenishment. The personnel from HOS will send email to inform customer regards of the delay of the shipment.
d. Deliveries are made normally Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays in Malaysia.
e. Time of delivery may vary subject to custom clearance etc.
2. CUSTOM DELAY & CLEARANCE
Door to door shipping may not be feasible in some countries due to laws of the countries whereby in some instance, goods delivered are to be subject to custom inspection and clearance.
Coconut Water (COWA) Sdn Bhd Online Store shall endeavour to provide any necessary assistance, for example to provide the relevant documentations to ease the process of custom clearance.
*Customer is advised to seek advice from his/her country’s authority (e.g. Custom/Import Department) before purchasing the item. For example, authority in Australia requests Australian citizen or permanent resident to apply for import permit for such item prior to delivery from overseas.
3. TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES
Coconut Water (COWA) Sdn Bhd Online Store is not liable for any taxes or import duties being imposed in accordance with or related to the purchases made by the customers. Customer is solely responsible for all taxes and duties of any nature associated with said products.
